2 Months post op, breaking out like a teen...

Im 23, and NEVER had any skin problems and a pimple was very rare. Now im 2 months post op, 45 down, and I feel like im supposed to be 13 with all these zits!!! They are EVERYWHERE...mostly on my chin, under my breasts, on the side of my torso, my back, my chest, my booty...god they are everywhere. Has anyone had this happen after surgery, and when or how did you get it to clear up? Thanks :-)
