Protein...again, I know, but EVERY drink I try makes me throw up...

What are you drinking? I had one that was somewhat tolerable, but after a few shakes I grew intolerant to it too. I'm not getting sick from sugar or fat, because I've tried them all and that isn't related to my barf factor. How are you getting your protein in with supplements. What are you taking and how are you mixing it so the gag scale is a 1 instead of a 10+?!?!? I'm getting really worried now that I am 6 months out and my surge of energy is going away and I know it's related to my diet. Plus, if I can't get the protein in (which fills me up) then I resort to carbs...which lead to my hellacious plateau. HELP ME!!!!
