What can I do if I don't have a documented weight by a physician for 5 years straight

I called BTC today to get my appointment. They said I should have no problem at all except that I need a documented weight by a physician for the past 5 years. I have one for 98 and 99, but none for 2000 and 01, then she said 02 would be covered by my visit. What can I do about the 2 years I didn't go to a doctor?
