Can't take NSAIDS after surgery??

Hi Folks! I have pretty bad "fibromyalsia" and am definately addicted to ibuprofen, it's the only thing that takes the edge off the pain....tylenol doesn't work for me...what will I do without my beloved ibuprofen???
