What alcololic drinks are ok for us to drink??

I'm not a big drinker at all but OCCASIONALLY would like to have a drink with my hubby. Pre-op I liked Bacardi Rum & diet coke. Is this ok to drink? Is there a site that tells the sugar content in alcohols?? I had Lap RNY and would like to hear what other people can tolerate.
