Low fat cheese for scrambled eggs... Suggestions?
I have been eating a scrambled egg for protein. (Egg yolks are an excellent source of AVAILABLE iron). I add cheese too (2 TBSP). Has anyone had luck with low fat grated cheese? Sometimes these low fat / no fat products load up on empty carbs and leave behind no nutrition. Ideas?
