Protein before or after exercise?
I read somewhere that protein supplements work best when combined with exercise. They recommended drinking your "shake" either before or after exercise - but I can't remember which one it was! Does anyone know? Is it before or after? I just joined Curves this past week and want to get the most efficient use out of my membership as well as my protein supplements. Anyone know about this? Thanks! (8 weeks post-op lap RNY down 37 pounds)
