I was told by my insurer that my PCP needs to send to send a letter of med. necessity
to them. I was told my Dr. would handle all the paper work. It was never mentioned to me about my PCP. Now Im worried that this is going to hold up my surgery, tentatively scheduled for 6-18. Anyone else know of this with Keystone Health Plan East.
