Has anyone with United Healthcare has breast reduction paid for bye them?

I am almost a year out and i have lost so much breast fat that I look terrible! The skin on my breast look like a 90 year olds.. Having 3 kids plus the weight loss took a major toll on them.... When I lay down now my rib cage is actualy higher than my breast.. This is so upseting..!!
