Big hematoma all around my wound...

i had wls on jan 22... i am home now and since i had my surgery i have larges hematomas all over the belly... my wounds is draining blood and the hematomas are changing color from day to day.. i am affraid that the hematoma turn into a wound infection (seroma) has anyone got the same problem and went out of it with no problem ?
