I don't have many stretch marks........does this mean......

that my skin will pretty much shrink as I lose weight after surgery? I only have a few , and I mean few, stretch marks on my stomach, mostly from when I was pregnant. None on my arms or anywhere else either. I'm wondering if this will have any influence on my skin shrinking back to normal? I was told that this is a sign of good elasticity in my skin. Any post ops know anything about this? Thanks.
