I've noticed on others profiles they have kept a diary....

I've noticed on others profiles they have kept a diary about pre-op/post-op experiences and dates with doctors etc. I would love to do this but can't seem to find the link to do so. Could someone please advise me on where to go to do this. Thank you very much. Lori
