Does anyone have Chronic Insomnia?

i've been approve in may 01, now 6 month later i've been diagnose with:Chronical insomnia... they found that during my sleep study... my latest bloodwork showed a start of cholesterol and diabete. i also need to see a specialist for both of my knees. would it be a good idea to fax all thoses result to my surgeon office ? I DOUBT on the fact that my records will be checked by the surgeon ? my surgery date is not yet confirmed it is suposed to be il april/may 2002 but at this stage i feel like doing anything to get sick and prove them i need it faster ? inputs are welcome
