can someone please guide me to research my doctor

I have an appt. tomorrow with Paul Frazier Frye in Fresno, CA. I have searched the net and can't seem to find any info on him...only basics. I want to know if he has complaints or malpractice suits. I don't have money to buy research materials and would appreciate any info anyone has to go about researching his background. Thank you.
