Wont the high sugar in fruits and fruit juices make you dump

I'm 8 wks post rny and have not eaten or drank fruit, because of the high sugar and I dont want to dump. I'm having a big constipation problem, and thought I might drink some prune juice, but the sugar content was so high I didnt buy it. I read others eating and drinking fruit, is there a secret to not dumping on it?
