Is this the stuff that we should use as a tea?

Hi, I'm sorry to bother everyone again, but is this Anise Seed the same as Star Anise (the tea someone mentioned to use for nausea and gas)? If so, How much do I use to make a tea? Sorry for bothering everyone but I'm trying to get everything together that I may need. Love, Darline
