what is wrong with me? 4-12-00 surgery... now pain

had surgery 4-12-00 have lost 140lbs , no problems until I started moving a week and a half ago, I started getting pains around my belly button, just twinges of pain now and then like I ate something with suger in it, then it start to happen more often now it happening just about all the time but it does not last, it is very tender, brings tears to my eyes, gall bladder is gone,have no problem eating , no diarria
