At what point are you no longer at risk for complications?

I am 8 months post-op, feel fantastic, and have lost 80 pounds (lap RNY)I'm just wondering if I will ever be able to "relax" and not worry about complications...I've had none at all and hope never too, but part of me is still worried? wouldn't the chances of complications lesson as time goes by?
