Is there a such thing as sending

I have sent in a "package" to my insurance including medical records, pictures, diet history (Dr supervised & not), PCP letter of recommendation, personal letter of request, family history, and WLS articles. So my question is I see the surgeon on August 9, do I need to resubmit all this information again? I have found numerous articles since and would like to have surgeon to send them with her package, but I wonder if this is "Too Much" information.
