Will my abdomen eventually get smaller?

Hi, I have lost over 100 pounds and my abdomen before surgery was very large, and even though I have lost over 100 pounds and starting at 400 pounds, my abdomen has gone down quite a bit, but my surgeon said I will need to have the excess skin surgically taken off next year, and to me it is still BIG!!! It is in the way of making me feel totally happy for myself. Will this go away even more as I lose more weight? I walk all the time and ecercise. Just curious. Any input is appriciated. Thank You!
