Has Maryland passed a Law requring ins.co's to do WLS surgery?

Hi, I hate to reask this question, but does anyone know if Maryland has passed a law requiring insurance co's to approve WLS surgery? I had saw this question posted several weeks ago but I did no see a response. When I looked thru the last 300 questions, I did not see the question anymore. I seem to have also back in May saw someone post that a law had been passed in March of 2001. Thanks, Darline Harrod
