Can anyone help me find a PCP that will give me a referral?

I have been to two different PCPs and niether one of them wanted to give me a referral. I have done a year of researching and I know everything i need to know and I am very for this procedure. I live in Hollywood and I have Humana HMO, can ayone from my area tell me if you know of any PCP that will give me a referral? Desperate and waiting for a reply. Thanks in advance.
