My PCP has written her recommendation letter, what should I do now?

I vivited my PCP on 6-8-01 and she was going to send my recommendation letter off that day. So what should I do now? I want to be getting stuff together but I really don't know what to do now. I have called Doctors and are getting medical records sent,diet history is written,and I have written a personal letter to my insurance , but do I wait till they write my PCP back before sending it? I'd just like to do whatever I NEED to do to stay on top of things. Any advise would be appreciated.
