Will insurance typically cover the cost of the psych eval? I have MI Blue Cross/Blue

Shield Traditional with Master Medical Insurance. My carrier would not pay for my consultation with a gastric specialist or my evaluation with my bariatric surgeon so I doubt if they will pay for my psych eval. I am curious if anyone else had theirs paid for by my or any other insurance carriers.
