Should I be excited or not? Insurance paid all pre-op tests!

I had an all day class, which included surgery consult, bloodwork, chest x-ray, EKG, dietician class, and psych. consult. It was all submitted to insurance before anthing asking for approval for surgery at all. I am so excited! They paid it all. Just wondering if thats a good sign of them approving my surgery. I just can't stand this waiting.
