What surgery type is best for a man in his late 30's & weighs close to 400lbs.?
I don't know what his BMI is; he's 6'1" and probably weighs around 380-390 lbs. He's big-boned, so I think he should probably weigh around 200-220? Another important point is that this man is a priest so he needs to be able to tolerate wine & bread post-op. Any ideas?
