Has anyone gone with Kaiser Mid Atlantic to get an approval?

When was your request forsurgery submitted after or before you completed all of the testing?My concern is that I will have completed all of my testing by the end of April but one test, so I wanted to see if I could submit my request to Kaiser before taking that last test(june 6th sleep study)?PLEASE HELP
