Has anyone in the New York area used GHI-HMO Select?

I have looked thru most of the profiles in the New York area and have yet to find a person that carries GHI-HMO Select insurance. I would like to find someone who has been approved for surgery. Or anyone that has been denied. GHI-HMO, is a different company than other GHI's, which are quite liberal in their approval policies toward WLS. thank judy
