Need a good Primary Care Physician. Can anyone help?

Some time ago I came across a website that listed dr.'s in each state who were willing to do follow-ups on patients who had weight loss surgery. Now I am unable to find it & am in need of a supportive dr. Does anyone know of such a web address. It may have been on a laprascopic web sight. ---Cheryl
