What if I chickened out?

Hi guys -- I was scheduled for LAP RNY on 11/29/00 but chickened out at the last minute. After much thought and prayer I am going to call my doc to see what I need to do to get rescheduled. Will I need to start back over with the consultation and insurance approval? I need and want this surgery so badly and I am afraid if I put it off any longer my health will decline to the point where I can't have it at all. So, this message is just to ask for thoughts and prays that I find the strength to go through with it this time.
