Seeking WLS-friendly PCP in Northern Virginia.

I have to switch to Aetna USHC HMO in April. My current plan is a PPO and my Internist doesn't accept Aetna. Does anyone know of a good WLS-friendly PCP in the Arlington or Georgetown area? Even better would be a PCP who speaks Spanish for my husband, but any PCP suggestions would be appreciated.
