Help! I'm almost 3 weeks post-op and having alot of problems eating

everything goes right though me, giving me terrible lower bowel cramps and diarreha. today I've spent most of the day on or near the toliet, only able to get down ice chips. I've not thrown up yet at all, just feeling weak and afraid to eat anything. This has been an on going problem since my surgery. One day I eat and the next day I pay for it. thanks and hugs..
