Anyone join a gym?
I'm thinking about joining the Y, to start exercising. I'm down about 100 lbs but still weigh a little over 400 lbs. I want to do a cardio workout with a few days of weight training. Right now, aerobic exercise classes are out of the question as well as swimming(self concious issues). If anyone out there is a member of a gym, what type of equiment are you using and what is your workout routine. Any info will be appreciated. Jan
