Has anyone experienced severe stomach pains?

I am 7 months post-op and down 91 pounds. Twice now I have had episodes of severe stomach pains. The kind that doubles me over because I'm in so much pain. The first attack lasted about 5 minutes, the second one lasted about 15 minutes. I can't seem to associate it with eating anything specific. It felt like my whole insides were having spasms or something. Anyone else experience this?
