Does anyone know of a secondary insurance that we could purchase as a group?

I am interested in purchasing a secondary insurance policy to offset the cost of WLS with my primary provider. Does anyone know if there is such a thing out there of purchasing as a WLS group? There must be others who are in the same situation, I am also thinking of long term for additional surgery cost such as plastic surgery down the road that may be needed in the future.
