Has anyone had a Tubal Ligation done at the same time as their WLS?

Saw my surgeon for the first visit yesterday, and asked about getting a tubal during my WLS. He said it wouldn't be a problem. So I said, 'Great, let's do it!" NOW.... I'm concerned that this little extra twist will delay my approval through Guardian PPO. Does anyone have any encouraging words about adding the tubal to this surgery? Insurance or otherwise?
