Im not hungry at all, so how do I know when I am full?

Hi, I am 4 days post op. I had lap RNY. I am doing good..no nausea..a little tiredness..etc. My problem is that I am experiencing no hunger pains..the only way I know I need to eat is I get a little light headed. I am on clear liquids only..until friday. I dont know how to tell im full? Or should I even feel full on liquids? Help
