Pre-Surgery (1 week): Is it ok to keep taking vitamins and vit. C/zinc?

Just wondering. I know I'm not suppose to take aspirin 2 weeks prior to surgery (thins blood I think) but realized I was taking vitamins with C and zinc. Are these ok to continue (surgery on 1/24)? Thanks, Tina
