Has anyone used Dr F Gerald Battle in Michigan City, IN?

I live in Highland Indiana, near Hammond. The Closest Surgeon I found was Dr F Gerald Battle in Michigan City, IN.... About 35 miles away. Going to Chicago would be a hardship and I want somewhere closer to home anyhow for proper aftercare. I found Dr. Battle in the ABSA database, but have not been able to find out anything about him..
