do you think a new doctor would accept anothers test results?

Last November i was seen at the Mayo Clinic IN mn for a weight loss evalution. I had all the tests done then and but had to wait for the surgeons appt. I had decided agaisnt the surgery so I cancelled the surgeons appt, but later changed my mind and made another appt to see the surgeon. Since it had been almost a yr I had to do all the testing stuff redone. I saw Dr. Saar and he felt I had some things to work on before surgery could be set up. I found out he is looking at least a yr before he thinks i will be ready, then i would have to wait for the insurance approval and then another yr till surgery. I have a condition in my leg that makes it so i have walk with cruthches. I was seen at a pain clinic and they want to set me up with a another doctor in mpls for the surgery. I love this idea because i want to have the duedonal switch which the other doctor doesnt do. do you think the new doctor would accept the test results from the mayo clinic? the tests were done in the last month.
