dont do what i did!! Nuts to corn nuts

Let me save you all a few hours of misery....never...i mean never eat cornuts. I thought I'd been poisened....pain worse than child birth....dont eat corn nuts after you've had this surgery....I'm 5 most post op and have no trouble with any other food.
