My ekg came back that I had a mild heart attack

I had also gotten that report 20 yrs ago before surgery. I then had a stress test and went ahead with surgery, they said it was very old. After having a 4 hr stress test yesterday and many questions from the Dr.we figured out that it was when my oldest son was born and my uterus had torn and I hemoraged. lost 50% of my blood and had transfusions. I went into shock and that is when this occured. What I would like to know is Has anyone else had this and then had the surgery. I am worried that I may be turned down.
