Has anyone with BC/BS of TN. Blue Preferred PPO had problems getting approved?

I just found out that my husband's work is switching to BC/BS of Tn. Blue Preferred PPO June 1st. I was wondering if anyone has been approved with this insurance? If you have been approved or denied, I would like to hear from you. Thank you!
