Any liquid recipe ideas for the loooong 8 week liquid diet?

I am a James Weber patient, and he is very strict about being on a liquid diet for eight full weeks. Nothing that you couldn't fit thru a straw. Need blender/recipe ideas to get my protien and nutrients in. Any help out there?
