Is it possible to get Pregnant after having the RYN surgery?

I wondering if it is possible to have another child after having surgery? My husband is concerned if I'll be able to conceive again in a couple of years. we have 1 child now but he would like another. If anyone knows if this is possible please let me know.....Thanks
