What do I tell people who ask how I managed to lose so much weight?

Im down 90 lbs Im starting to get comments on how great I look. Most of these comments are followed up by questions on how I managed to do it. Ive been really struggling with this because I dont like to lie but likewise Im not sure I like my neighbors or the mailman or even extended relatives knowing Ive had WLS. Soon I will be facing a situation where I am surrounded by extended family and I know the subject will come up. I just dont know what to tell them without getting the uncomfortable feeling that Ive said too much. Any suggestions?
