Does anyone know or have any info on PEBTF BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD

I am a state employee of Pa and have this insurance. I am waiting for approval but my pre-op GI and sonagram have had payment denial. I am curious as to what procedures anyone has gone through and if their experiences my help my process. Contact [email protected] thanks
