I have N & V and am jaundiced why?

I have been nauseous for moe than 4 weeks with dry heaves. Intake has decreased to almost nothing. Ultrasound, CT of abdomen and radioactive colangeogram have not visualized the gall bladder. Internal medicine tels me that labs indicate obstructive disease (gall stone) and surgeon doesn't agree. All I know is that I need help and I need it immediately. I am concerned about the dehydration and long term effects of nausea and jaundice. Any advice will be greately appreciated. My Insulin requirement is increasing despite the decrease in oral intake. Help.
