How much are other 2-3 week post-ops eating?

I'd like to hear from other recent post-ops or others who can remember back to when they were first starting to eat regular meals with a smaller stomach. Im a little over 2 weeks out and already Ive vomited 2-3 times because I keep eating too much too fast. I bought 2 soft tacos today at Taco Bell and some Nachos and for lunch I ate just a couple bites of one taco and a few chips. When I got home I tried to finish off the taco and ended up stuffing myself until I threw up. I think someone has to hit me over the head before I learn my lesson. How much are you other post-ops eating right now?
