How do I update or edit my profile?

I have seen no way to do this. Since joining I have learned ALOT about the surgeon that did my 1st surgery and I want to put these thoughts on my profile page. Also, I called my 1st surgery a VBG and it is NOT! I dont want to scare anyone getting a VBG because my 1st surgery had to be reversed and it looks like I had a VBG on my profile page! Help!
